ADDICTION TO POPULAR APPS IN SOCIETY: INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, TWITTER(X)

Objective: Measure the amount of time that young adults dedicate to social networks, also considering which social network they used, why, and the frustrations they have when using them. Materials and methods: Using qualitative methodology, interviews were conducted with young people in adulthood, whether artists, students, workers, etc. to know your experience on this topic. Results: The result obtained indicates that almost half of the students are distracted and leave their work until the last minute. Conclusions: It is considered that the method by which social networks are constructed makes them prone to staying within them as long as possible.
